Our Return Policy
Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned within 14 days of your delivery date
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
Footwear must be returned with its dust bag and/or original shoe box as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box in a shipping box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
How to initiate a return:

Return and exchange items can be mailed using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable and insured service. Mail to the address below:

Once your return merchandise is received and inspected, we'll email you the status of your refund.
If merchandise meets the requirements of our return/exchange policy, then your refund will process, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 2-5 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Unauthorized return of sales items will result in store credit only.
To exchange for a different item or size, simply return your item and place a new order online.
Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale. Unauthorized return of sale items will result in store credit only.
